Registering for the Caribbean Dermatology Symposium gives Global Academy for Medical Education permission to list registrant’s name in conference materials as well as sending notification emails to attendees about satellite events that may take place during the dates of the conference. Upon receipt of an email about a satellite event, you may opt out from receiving further notifications about the event(s) if you so choose. Attendance at the meeting gives Global Academy for Medical Education permission to use photos/video recordings taken at the conference on the conference website and in promotional materials.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refund less a $50 administrative fee as follows: requests for refunds must be made in writing and postmarked, e-mailed, or faxed prior to December 1, 2018 (Global Academyfor Medical Education, LLC, 7 Century Drive – Suite 301 Parsippany, NJ 07054), e-mail -n.rillo@globalacademycme.com or fax (866-401-8609). After December 1, 2018 no refunds will be granted. After the refund date, you have two options: you can send someone in your place, or we can mark a credit in the amount you paid to be applied to your registration for next year’s conference. Refunds will not be issued to no-shows. Global Academy for Medical Education is not responsible for nonrefundable, nontransferable airline tickets or hotel accommodations purchased for attendance at this course.
